Keren Carss

Keren is Head of Target Discovery at Quotient, leading target discovery projects from indication selection and study design through to target identification and assessment.

Before joining Quotient, she was Senior Director of Genome Analytics at AstraZeneca, where she led a team leveraging large-scale human genomics and multi-omics data to discover drug targets and support drug development across a range of disease areas.

Keren holds a PhD in human genetics from the Wellcome Sanger Institute, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Cambridge focused on identifying genes associated with rare diseases.
