Allison Back is an operations and administrative professional with 10 years of experience supporting executives in biotech across all stages of the drug development process. At Quotient, Allison works closely with the executive leadership team on corporate governance and HR initiatives. Previously, Allison held a similar role at Tome Biosciences. Prior to Tome, Allison supported the C‑suite at Repligen Corporation.

Allison holds a Master of Liberal Arts in management from the Harvard Extension School and a BA in journalism from Ithaca College.
